Delete your Soocialy account
You can delete your account at any time without contacting support: sign in, open Settings, click “Usuń konto” (Delete account), type the confirmation word USUWAM and confirm. You can also email contact@soocialy.com from the address linked to your account - we will delete it within 30 days at the latest.
What we delete
- your account: email address, password, name and notification settings,
- brands where you are the only member - with their content, plans, photos and videos, platform connections and API keys,
- the TikTok connection in those brands: we first revoke access at TikTok, then delete the stored keys,
- your membership in brands you run with other people - those brands keep working for the team.
What we keep for longer
Database backups are deleted automatically after 14 days. Accounting documents (invoices) are kept as long as the law requires - 5 years from the end of the year. Details: Privacy Policy.
To disconnect only TikTok without deleting the account, use “Odłącz TikToka” (Disconnect TikTok) in the Connections tab, or remove Soocialy in the TikTok app: Profile → Menu → Settings and privacy → Security and permissions → Apps and services.
